4 Lessons From 8-Figure Marketer

Ever since partnering with Matt after he exited his last agency, there have been a few key things I’ve noticed about what it takes to get to a high level.

When I say high level, I mean 8 figures+.

For starters, (no disrespect) I have always noted how ‘normal’ he is.

And also how there was no real ‘hacks’ he revealed that allowed him to scale so fast.

It might sound like a cliche, but I’m telling you there are no secret hacks. There is nothing.

If you were waiting for a crazy silver bullet that gets you where you want to go, you will be waiting for a long time.

There is no new information. None. So don’t hold out for it.

However, the parts that are impressive are:

  1. Execution is excellence. You know what to do, you just need to do it. That is what differentiates people these days. A lot of people tell me they ‘don’t need more courses or programs’ and the only thing they need help with is executing. I tell them that is the point of 1000x Leads (it is all based on implementing things faster). They say “oh.” You should join btw. Doing the basics consistently is all you need. If you did the basics for 6 months without distraction, you would be set for life. That is all you need to completely destroy your goals.

  2. Unlocking new insights is what allows you to scale. There is no new ‘information’ but there are new insights, for example unlocking a new format of FB ads that reduces your CPA, or building a new type of funnel that cuts your CAC in half, or bringing out a new offer that doubles your revenue. These things are basically just decisions that are based on feedback. If you can do enough of these well, you start to stack up wins and get momentum.

  3. Scaling quickly actually feels slow. You are not just randomly hitting 30k days everyday. It doesn’t really work like that. You are just doing stuff, getting feedback, trying a new thing, then getting feedback, then iterating again. Sometimes you do hit the 30k day. Then sometimes you hit a $0k day. You are really just trying stuff and seeing if you can find a winning thing. It’s much more simple than you think.

  4. When you have the entire 1000x Funnel built, it is more difficult not to get clients. After about 90 days into 1000x Leads, every single client ends up with more leads than they know what to do with. They say “oh fuck, I have too many sales calls.” I’m like “good”

It seems like a lot of work to build a funnel like this, but you:

  • Build it once, then have it forever

  • Literally never worry about getting clients ever again. The process is about 100x easier

  • Turn yourself into a beast in terms of how much output you get. A part of 1000x is working on the planning, routine, scheduling stuff etc because that is what you really need to be able to get it done

If that sounds good. Then yeah. It’s probably worth a conversation.

It might not be ‘fun’, but it will be the highest ROI thing you have ever done.
