The other day I recorded and posted a podcast with Bryan, who writes YouTube scripts for 7-8 figure education companies and Saas businesses.

Here are three main takeaways from the video:

  1. You can’t afford to miss out on your daily prospecting.


    There is actually nothing higher roi than getting personalised touch points with potential partners and prospects. Just do it. Stop procrastinating.

  2. Master your skill first

    Too often you see people struggling with scaling because they can’t hire team members and they can’t really get client results.

    This is because they aren’t good enough at their skill yet.

    Most of the time, if you were getting an ROI for your clients, they wouldn’t be so annoyed at you (shocker).

  3. Use your skill as a case study

    Bryan mentioned he had a lot of success from using his own YouTube scripts as a mechanism to get clients.

    This works simply because it proves that he is not only good at the thing, but the thing works.

    It’s kind of self explanatory, but if you can’t get clients using your skill (paid ads, lead gen, etc), then you probably need to re-assess.
