Avoid This Low IQ Trait (Impossible Challenge)

Every now and then, I talk to a client who has a competitor who is destroying them.

Usually, they say something like:

“Our service is so much better than theirs, I was laughing at their campaigns.”

Then I’ll look at their marketing vs their competitors, and one thing stands out:

Their competitor has just been doing the necessary stuff (making content, lead magnets, having a good offer) for the last 6 months while they have been dicking around and doing nothing.

I simply ask “do you deserve to get as many clients as they do?”

And the only acceptable answer would be “no, we don’t.”

The reason for that is because people tell themselves that they ‘don’t have time for content’  or “yeah I know I should make content, it’s on my list.”

In reality they don’t have time to not do content. It takes 6 months for it to work.

The low IQ trait to avoid is only doing things when they have an immediate reward.

Every day that passes by that you don’t do the necessary input is not just one day lost, you lose the compounding effect that comes from just doing stuff that generates money.

Ask anybody who has content that gets them clients.

Nothing significant happens for 3 months, then one day they just randomly shit out more leads than me after 2 coffees and nicotine gum and they double their business in 60 days.

A good example of this is my client Max.

He just kept posting for months, then started getting momentum, and now he is absolutely dominating his industry.

You will never get access to these results without starting as soon as possible.

You can say you’re focusing on ops, putting out fires, or doing any other BS as much as you want, but there is stuff that helps you grow, and stuff that helps you tread water.

If you want to tread water, don’t do anything I just said.

If you want to grow, do the stuff that makes you grow (instead of coping).

Simply just put the things you need to do in motion.

That doesn’t mean you have to start posting one video per day, but if you need to hire someone to free up your time so you can start posting, then do that.

There are a set of steps that will help you progress.

You just have to do them.

Execution and consistency = greatness.
