The Biggest "Unlock" For Any Business
Whenever someone joins 1000x Leads, I do a 1-1 onboarding call with them.
I love doing this because it gives me a birds eye view of so many companies, and usually, there are 2-3 big opportunities for growth.
But after doing hundreds of these calls, there is only one thing that stands out that 99% of people are not doing yet.
If you think about it, it’s kinda silly as well because I feel like I talk about it so much.
Whenever you unlock it, usually you can add 20-30k in revenue in the following 30 days.
I’m talking about adding an ‘Intro Offer’ to your product suite:
It is actually hilarious how effective they are.
The reason they work so well is because they allow you to get creative and build an offer that is low risk for the client, and low risk for you, which makes it attractive to cold traffic.
Most of the time when people approach cold leads, they are selling something super risky, like 3k/mo lead gen, or 3k/mo for paid ads.
I would genuinely never buy that from a stranger unless they had an insane track record.
But if someone reached out with an intro offer that reversed 99% of the risk?
I’d probably take a bet on them.

The thing you need to understand is that the ‘unlock’ from an intro offer really just comes from the ability to get a stranger to take a step towards you.
You don’t need them to get married to you. You just need to get them in your world.
Once they’re in your world, you can show them how good you are, you can educate them on your process, and you can make them money.
It is insane how easy it is to sell this offer. I’ve had clients double their close rate from it.
You just have to actually implement it, then use the offer to get cold traffic to pay you, then focus on up-selling the clients.
Voila.
Tbh it is not that easy, but it’s way easier than selling recurring deals.
I’ve heard of people with a 3% close rate on recurring deals lol. Then they blame the leads.
Trust me, 9 times out of 10 it is going to be the offer.
