How We Booked 100+ Calls For One Client in January 2024

The top problem in most businesses?

  1. Not enough leads.

This hurts growth, causes scarcity and desperation and overall, hurts your business.

If you don’t have leads, it’s way more likely that you will sign a client that you shouldn’t have, and this can cost you months.

But luckily that is not the case for my client Brandon.

In January, he booked 116 sales calls.

Don’t get it twisted though, he DQ’d 54 before they got the chance to book.

This is kinda what happens when you try and go for scale, often you will have to draw back/introduce friction if you want to keep the same quality.

How to do it:

  • Send a lot of emails

  • Do a lot of personalised emails

  • Test a lot of ads and VSLs

That’s it. Tested 5-10 offers and 5-10 VSLs and way more ads.

But if you booked 62 qualified calls, would it be worth it?

You might look at this and think “oh he probably has a better offer than me that is less saturated”

But only one of those is true.

Brandon does paid ads for eCom brands.

It’s not exactly a ‘new’ service.

But you would be right in thinking his offer is the reason he books so many calls.

The offer is (by far) the biggest piece of leverage you have when it comes to testing on ads and outbound.

So I suggest you run A LOT of tests for this, figure out what you need to give them to get them interested, then figure out how to convert them afterward (that is a separate problem to solve). Of course, given that the leads you get are qualified.

If you would like a similar system installed into your business, reply to this email with ‘one hundred’ and I will shoot you a short video.
