A Conversation On Scaling To $200k Per Month
Yesterday I was chatting with an agency owner who does pretty well for himself.
The topic of conversation was how he can scale to $200k per month.
I thought it would be interesting for you to hear about what we do to scale into that range, because it is more simple than you would think.
He was considering trying to scale his cold outbound, despite his skillset being in paid ads.
I said something like:
If I was you and I was looking at what level of scale I am looking to reach…
I’d be thinking:
Do I need outbound?
To get to the level of scale, do I need to use outbound?
Especially if you already know the paid ads game, as well as having content there on Twitter and huge opportunity on YouTube.
Get Digital Product funnel to 0.5-1x ROAS
Find 3-4 lead magnets that consistently stay around $1-3 CPL
Get a VSL Funnel that fits your economics (meaning it books calls at a profitable cost)
Then, have an SDR reach out to all of the product buyers and the lead magnet downloads, and that can be your ‘outbound.’
Realistically, you will only need outbound when you have tapped out the audience on paid ads, but that will take a very long time because you’re casting such a wide net across the digital product, lead magnets and book a call funnel.
