What I do all day + behind the scenes of 1000x Leads

When you start a new offer, it takes a while for people to fully understand what you do and how you do it.

I think that is the case for 1000x Leads.

But usually it is hard to get an idea of what someone does.

Part One: What I do all day

• Most of my time right now is being spent on the product

• Developing better systems for lead magnets, cold outreach, paid ads, productivity, and conversion mechanisms

• Reviewing clients’ stuff. I personally go over most of what is produced by our 150+ clients. Not because it’s fun, but because it makes it work better

• Creating presentations for the live calls inside the group. I usually spend a few hours prepping ideas and presentations for the calls to make sure they aren’t just basic Q&A stuff. We have time for Q&A, but we prefer to give some alpha first.

• Making content (YouTube videos/ads/tweets/writing newsletter)

• Making conversion mechanisms (sales letters, lead magnets, VSLs, etc)

When I write that, I would imagine you’re like “wtf, when do you sleep” but the truth is that it doesn’t take that long because it is such a well oiled machine.

Even when reviewing client stuff, most of the time there are just 2-3 things that need to be tightened up, then I make a new training systems to avoid that problem arising ever again.

So it’s pretty light.
