How to double your business in 79 days

I just finished a podcast interview with a client of ours who doubled his revenue in just 79 days.

He went from signing two clients per month, to now signing 7 clients per month for his agency services.

You’d be interested to hear, he mentioned that it wasn’t necessarily any tactical advice that we gave him that helped him scale.

It wasn’t that there was a secret cold email script.

It wasn’t that there is a way to build your funnel that makes it shit out leads.

It wasn’t that you can magically go viral if you use a 3 step framework.

It was:

  • An immediate increase in company standards. “Good” is not good enough. “Great” is not good enough. Everything has to be A1.

  • 24/7 1-1 feedback. He mentioned that having the ability to bounce ideas off Matt and I allowed him to focus on his routine and habits to grow the business.

  • Doing the basics over and over at a high level.

Shocker.

It’s actually interesting to me how no matter how many times people can say that its simple, promote doing the fundamentals, and outline what’s necessary, yet a lot of agency owners just struggle to execute.

A lot of times it’s standards, or focus, or routine.

Things of that nature.

Really have to try and figure out what’s stopping you, then attack it with full force and without coping.

In Max’s case (my client), he was always going to win.

Because he is a winner.

So really if you aren’t winning, you have to try and become a winner.

It’s kind of that simple.

Winners do the things they say they will do.

Winners show up the right way even when it’s hard.

Winners don’t care about the potential of losing.

And winners couldn’t give less of a f*ck about competitors, they just squash them and win.

The question you have to ask yourself is:

“If I just posted content that was actually good, sent 1500 cold emails per day, worked on getting a profitable ad funnel, and reached out to 100 potential partners per day, would I make more or less money?”

So then, once you realise that you just need to complete a set of tasks, ask yourself:

“Why am I not already doing this”

Once you figure out the answer to that question and solve it, you’re on the right track.
