The fastest way to destroy your self image

There is no faster way to destroy your self image than to break the promises you make to yourself.

• “I will go to the gym at X time”

• “I will do X outreaches per day”

• “I will do X hours of focused work”

How often you break these promises is directly correlated with how you view yourself, and how you view yourself is directly correlated with the results you get in the world.

It might sound loosey-goosey, but every time you make a promise and you break it, your self esteem just gets burned.

Which means you show up differently, your conviction lowers, and you start doubting yourself.

Think about it like this.

In 2014, when Conor McGregor was on the rise, he was training 24/7 and beating everyone.

His self belief was off the charts.

Compare that to after he made $100m and stopped training, he starts doubting himself, losing and pulling out of fights.

The thing that gave him conviction:

Saying you’re gonna do something, and then doing it.

Unfortunately, most people cannot say that for themselves.

If you’re on this newsletter, you KNOW you should be doing outreach, making content and running paid ads daily.

So why aren’t you doing it?

What is holding you back?

Most of the time it’s just because you are floating through day to day life with very little intention, low amounts of planning, and really no idea what you’re going to do to start scaling your business.

Not to mention that you might not know exactly how to do all of the things you need to do at a high level.

For example, it’s easy to say “just run paid ads” but if you’ve never done it before, you don’t know what budgets to use, what to promote in your ads, how to build the funnel etc.

But really at the end of the day, that is not an excuse. You can join 1000x Leads and learn all of that stuff easily + install the best marketing funnel that has ever existed.

Or you can just spend the extra time to learn it off YouTube + through trial and error.

And I’m not even saying that to say “it’s going to take ridiculously long to do it off YouTube, so you should buy my stuff”

Learning from YouTube is 100000x better than sitting on your ass and doing nothing about your situation.

Bare minimum, take action on what you need to do with the free stuff.
