Growth Prescription (For Companies Who Want Fast Growth)
If you want fast growth and a bunch of clients:
2000-5000 cold emails per day
Improve your offer you send on cold email every day (sometimes the offer you send on cold emails might be different than your core offer)
Look at KPI’s daily and identify the bottleneck between you and more meetings
Spend 100/day on ads
Iterate ad creatives daily towards what is working
Do this for 100 days.
If this doesn’t get you results:
Improve your offer
Provide more value for lower activation energy
Activation energy = the minimum amount of energy needed to activate or energise molecules or atoms so that they can undergo a chemical reaction or transformation.
So basically when I say ‘lower the activation energy’ I mean make it easier for them to get the transformation.
This is really just another way of saying improve your offer.
Truthfully, if you aren’t getting results on outbound or ads, it is (most of the time) an offer issue.
If you have an offer issue, you need to push the limit of giving them something that kind of seems ridiculous to give.
A good test: when you say your offer, you want your ideal customers to say something like ‘damn that’s a good offer’ or ‘hmm that sounds too good to be true’
