How we made 70k in one day

Hit an all time high in revenue the other day.

It was pretty cool.

22 of the deals were new clients, the rest were renewals.

Traffic sources

  • Instagram

  • Lead magnets

Offer outline

  • 12 months unlimited 1-1 via slack. No employees

  • 2x live calls/week 

  • Roadmap content in Trello

Process: 

  • We increased our pricing

  • Recorded a loom to notify our pipeline

  • Sent 10x emails to our list

  • Sold most of the deals in DM, direct check out and some via phone. No closers

Lesson:

Build up good will/pipeline/demand -> liquidate the pipeline with a promotion.
