And still to this day most founders want to get out of the sales process, and will try to build a business with no idea how to turn strangers into customers.

This is completely backwards.

As the founder, you want to be the best sales rep (even if it’s not in the traditional Jordan Belfort way).

You are the best spokesperson for the company, you understand the product and avatar better than anyone else.

Why wouldn’t you be the best salesperson?

Actionable Tip of The Day:

Implement this within 24hours

  1. Look at your current systems and processes for growth and consider:

  • If I did MORE - would I get more sales?

  • If I can’t do more, what can I do BETTER to get more sales?

  • If there’s nothing I can do more of, and nothing I can be better at, what is a NEW thing I can do to grow faster?

  • More 

    • Can I do more of something? 

      • Spend more on ads

      • Send more cold emails

      • Get more touch points with customers

      • Hire more reps

      • Hire more CSMs

  • Better

    • Can I do better?

      • Revise offer

      • Fix sales process

      • Test more ad creative/audiences

      • Better sales training

      • Hire better people

      • Improve funnel conversions

      • Improve fulfillment/product

  • New

    • Do I have to do something new? (new channel etc)

The reason I like this framework is because it helps you avoid new shiny objects. First, think more. Second, think better. And if you can’t do either of those, do new.
