What I'm focused on + a hack to save you time

What I’m focused on:

  1. The launch of 1000x Leads has been phenomenal. Our clients are already doubling, tripling, or 10xing their business in the time they work with us. Now, my focus is on doubling down. That means more time spent on the product, and more time working on content + our ad funnel. I’ve 10x’d the amount of work I put into the daily calls, and also put about 10 hours of work into a new presentation that will be dropping internally this week. I think it’s interesting to see how other people work, so hopefully you feel the same

  2. I am also tweaking my routine. I do this semi-frequently to try and figure out what’s best, but here’s the new version:

    5am: Cardio
    6am: Work Hour 1
    7am-10am: Calls
10-3pm: Work Hours 2-5 + Quick Lunch in break
    3pm: Gym
After gym: Admin, wrapping up + EOD Routine.

Will let you know if I find it to be better than before.

  3. In the process of writing over 55+ pages over the weekend for a new Google doc (you will all get access soon) I re-discovered my love for writing long form. That means I am going to do it much more.

I think you guys will love it. It’s all about the process of taking home 1m per year in profit. Look out for it.

Time Saving Tip:

The time saving tip is to get out of bed within 5 minutes of your alarm.

I know I used to be slow to wake up and sometimes take up to 30 minutes to roll out of bed and get working.

That costs you 30 minutes per day AND makes you less effective once you eventually start working.

It’s the first decision of your day, and most people mess it up every single day of their lives.

What I do is:

  • Create a KPI for how often I get out of bed within 5 minutes of alarm

  • Remind myself the night before that I’ll get up and get to my desk quickly

  • Have a plan for when I get to my desk so there’s no way to cope your way out of it

It sounds weird, but if you waste 30 minutes per day everyday…

That turns into one week per year.

And if you read that and think “wow, that’s kinda strange to make a KPI for it”

In my opinion that is just what you have to do.

It is not as if being slow to wake up occurs in your conscious brain.

You don’t say

“yes I am going to waste time and shoot myself in the foot”

It just happens.

So you need checks and balances in place to prevent your ‘lizard brain’ from telling you what to do.

Very high ROI.

Anyway,

Catch you tomorrow.

For now, you can watch this podcast I did with one of my clients.

We talk about productivity, signing partnership deals, and signing clients like Davie Fogarty, Vid IQ and more.
