Once I Learned This, The Game Changed
Before getting stuck into your lead magnets, or really any kind of offer you are promoting - you will need to understand how much traffic you need to get clients.
I’ve seen this a lot recently with clients who have a few thousand Twitter or LinkedIn followers.
For example, if you post a lead magnet to your organic audience of 5k and expect to get a tonne of sales, you are simply misguided.
Let's say you get 100 opt ins from your audience, that is the same as about $100-500 in ad spend (can’t expect anything too crazy from that).
From $100-500 in ad spend, you might book a few calls, but not enough to write home about.
Not to mention that only a small % of that audience will actually be an ideal client, and an even smaller % of those ideal clients will be ready to book a call.
Therefore - if your entire lead generation strategy is posting a lead magnet to a warm audience, you may as well just spend $100 per month on ads.
And if you spent $100/mo on ads - you would still get very few results, because it’s just a small amount of traffic.
So you either need to grow a way bigger audience, or get clients from other areas too. I would recommend doing both.
Let me give you an example.
At 1000x Leads, there is a direct correlation between traffic and sales.
Meaning, if we get more traffic, we get more revenue.
If we get less traffic, we get less revenue.
It is quite simple. Traffic go up, money go up.
That means - if we just got a shit tonne of traffic, we would probably get more sales. So it is then easy to say “oh, why don’t we just do stuff that gets traffic.”
It might seem like a ‘smooth brain’ approach, but this is actually what you need to do.
So when you are running an agency offer (or any kind) and you question yourself:
Why am I not making sales
Why am I not richer
Why are my competitors getting more clients than me if my service is better
It is probably because you just don’t have enough traffic.
Traffic is a huge part of the game.
If you just think “oh well I have some followers and I send some cold emails I will be fine” then do not be surprised when you get way less clients than you could.
You need to constantly promote your stuff, everywhere.

If you have a good offer, but you aren’t getting the growth you want, there is an 80% chance you are either not doing enough of these things, or you’re not doing them well enough.
Each of those four channels should be able to book you (at least) 10-20 calls per month.
That means you should be able to get 40-80 calls per month just by being ‘pretty good.’
If you are not getting those results - like I said:
Do more of them
Do them better
Simple as.
