One thing all business owners MUST do

Make YouTube videos.

There are very few things that will give you a higher roi.

Even if you don’t want to get ‘famous’, even just having YouTube videos in your Pre Call Flow is insanely powerful.

In saying that, you have to make sure it’s the right kind of YouTube video.

I see a lot of people just pay a random agency who tells them to make broad content for the ‘algo’ and then use ‘SEO’ to get a billion views.

This almost never works.

The types of channels that get views are not the same as the ones that get clients.

Sometimes you can get both at the same time, but really you want clients.

And if you want to get clients…

All that conventional YouTube advice is pretty much bullsh*t.

Stuff that doesn’t matter

• Edits

• Thumbnails

• Wizbangs

• Wa wa wee waa selling to beginners stuff (we thought about it for a bit then didn’t want to)

• “YouTube SEO”

• “YouTube Strategy”

Stuff that matters

• Selling high ticket to business owners

• Offer positioning

• Authority 

• Content quality + quantity
