What is required to reach 100k per month in 8 months?

Good question.

Good question.

We recently helped a client do this, so let me just tell you what we did.

First of all, there are a few pre-requisites:

  • A proven offer

  • A hot market (meaning not only is the offer proven, but there is a meaningful percentage of the target market that are actually looking for that offer)

  • Strong operations

  • Low churn

  • Using the network

What we did:

  • 1000-3000 cold emails per day

  • SDR doing personalised outbound

  • Tested 5-10 VSLs

  • Used a few different mechanisms to actively grow network (personal brand, joining programs, events, using cold email to make intros etc)

  • Installed an Operator to maintain Customer Success.

  • Constantly identified constraints and fixed them on the go. For example, we booked 40 calls one month but only closed a few clients (low close rate) so we focused on sales training that month and the next month we closed more deals from less calls. Good stuff.

Note: there are really two things going on. Focusing on getting more traffic, and focusing on converting more of that traffic.

But, whether you are converting traffic or not, you still need to get a lot so you can figure out what you need to do in order to convert it (aka running a lot of tests to find what works).

Then, once you have something working, you still want traffic so you can scale it.

Either way, if you get enough traffic you will eventually get deals. Realistically an agency only needs to onboard a few clients per month to grow pretty quickly, so if you can get 15 super qualified meetings per month, you’re good.

At any stage, it is just a matter of doing what is necessary and making the next right move.
