- If someone says this, I know it's over for them
If someone says this, I know it's over for them
“I don’t have enough time”
Lol.
That is one of the lamest excuses for not taking action on something.
“I don’t have time” = you’re doing something else instead.
Time is just priorities.
So a better excuse would be:
“I have other priorities that are more important.”
Really what this reveals is that most business owners don’t really have a plan or any sort of objectives.
Especially below 100k/mo, they’re kind of like “money go up = good”
But if you want to make better decisions and actually be able to steer the ship you’re in, you’ll want to make a plan and have priorities.
Then, it becomes very clear what you have time for.
How do I know?
Because I don’t have time for 99% of stuff that doesn’t include my health, family or growing my business.
But when it comes to doing stuff that will help those things?
I have unlimited time.
There is a caveat though - I said growing my business and NOT “doing random shit and hoping it works” which is most common.
So instead of thinking about how much work you have to do, maybe it’s worth getting a plan and figuring out which work matters and which doesn’t.
It’s just a simple one today, but try and think of three things that if you did them really well, you’d make a lot more money.
For me:
Working on my product (I do this for about 3-4 hours per day)
Posting banger YouTube videos
Emailing this list
If those three things are all dialled in, I’m happy.
Other stuff?
I’ll do it later, or someone else can do it.
So make your list, and get your priorities in order.
Talk tomorrow.
