Please understand the things that are holding you back and preventing you from taking action.
Things like:
Not knowing exactly how to do something
Being afraid it will fail
Trying to optimise something to the 99.9th percentile before actually doing anything
Convincing yourself that other tasks are more pressing, but itās really just because you have a resistance to certain tasks.
There are certain things you can do at any given moment that will make you money.
But for whatever reason, you feel the need to reply to clients in Slack within 37 seconds instead.
This is the exact cause of feast and famine months, inconsistent lead flow and no predictability in your growth.
Every time you delay these things, it just pushes you back further away from actually building a proper engine for your business.
Simply put, if this is you, you need to undergo a complete transformation of who you are as a business owner in terms of focus, work ethic, skill development, and mentality.

No procrastinating key tasks
Plan objectives weeks/months in advance
Track everything (no guessing)
Actually focus. Donāt sit at your desk honey-dicking around and then wondering why you arenāt printing money from the sky
Be a professional and get results for your clients
Take action on key items fast
Without these things, you might as well be running up hill for the rest of your life as a business.
But - if you can conquer them, hitting 100k months will be fairly simple, and more of a matter of time vs being a pipe dream.
