This Takes Time, But Will Get You A Tonne Of Clients

Yesterday I was on a live call inside 1000x Leads, and we were discussing how to get leads for agencies.

Here’s some stuff that will get you to 7-8 figures:

  • 3-4 Lead Magnets at a $1-3 CPL

  • A digital product funnel at 0.5-1x ROAS

  • An intro offer ‘Book A Call’ funnel that books calls for $100-300

  • Automated cold outbound running

  • 1-2 YouTube videos per week

This will take some time, it will take some testing, it will take some work, but there is nothing that will get you more leads.

A lot of people think it’s a good idea to just make a YouTube video, put their website in the description, and then wonder why they aren’t booking calls.

Or they will spin up a book a call funnel on FaceBook ads, then wonder why they have to spend $300-500 just to get on the phone with a prospect who would never buy their service.

The reason is because that’s not how people buy.

Think about the last thing you bought.

Did you buy straight off a book a call ad? Did you buy after watching one YouTube video?

No.

You probably watched someone’s YouTube for a while, maybe downloaded a lead magnet or two, or read their newsletter until you eventually made a purchase.

So when you are trying to sell something, but you have NONE of the necessary sales assets in place, it is kind of easy to see why someone wouldn’t convert.

The whole point of a sales asset is just to accelerate the time between when someone becomes a ‘lead’ to when they become a paying client/customer.

Therefore when you don’t have them, everything happens slower.

That is why you inconsistently book calls, and the calls you book are not that interested.

When you have no assets, you have no control and no predictability which leads to feast and famine months.

Nobody wants that.
