The reality of booking 100+ sales calls per month
If being honest, most agencies can book 10 qualified calls per month and grow.
However - most just prefer to book 25 unqualified sales calls from cold email and pretend they are making progress because it feels good to have sales conversations.
Meanwhile, they are running at 3% close rate and doing nothing all day.
It is a brutal reality, but most of the time when you see people talking online, they are just attracting tire kickers.
There are two things happening here:
You need to take the right steps to attract higher quality leads (obviously)
You need to understand that you will always attract unqualified leads no matter what, and you are better off just coming up with an offer you can sell to them.
I have had clients come in and rip 15k days in the first couple of weeks with us just because they get an offer they can sell to majority of their market.
You might hear that and think “well I only want to work with the high end” and I agree - me too.
The way it works is:
You sell a productised offer to as many people in your market as possible (2-5k)
This allows you to accelerate sales cycle, sell 100-200k/mo worth of deals and also liquidate ad spend quickly
You then up-sell the ones that are your dream clients
It is actually quite simple, the thing that gets in the way a lot of the time is either just doing it wrong, or having limiting beliefs about how the offers will work together.
But I assure you - once you figure this out - you will make far more money.
