You Might Need LESS Rather Than More
Something that’s been on my mind in the last few weeks is the concept of ‘less is more.’
Put into the context of 2024:
There are SO many different strategies and opportunities available. It can be hard to decipher what is legit and what isn’t.
And not even what is legit or not - but what is applicable to you directly.
Sometimes things may work, but just not in your context.
And sometimes strategies may be effective for you, but they won’t be the highest leverage thing you can do.
My genuine advice is that you need to be able to constantly prioritise what matters from what doesn’t.
At any moment there are likely 2-3 things you can do that will explode your business, and those will be the things you should focus on.
Everything else is noise.
Less is more.
It might be getting a profitable paid ad campaign, it might be getting a sales team, or it might be completing the full funnel (content, paid ads and outreach).
Either way - I just wanted to remind you to ruthlessly focus on these things.
Literally make a list, put it on a piece of paper, and pin it up so it is in your direct line of sight while you’re working.
Then, when you catch yourself losing focus, you can remind yourself of what you need to focus on.
And if the thing you need to do is get more leads, make a paid ad funnel, or get better at making content for client acquisition, then you should join 1000x Leads.
